Yes. For complete custom designs on an item a $45 digitizing fee is added to do a test for the item to make sure all the stitching and placement can be done.
No, personalized items once completed cannot be returned. Please refer to any of the sizing charts for the blank sizes to ensure the garment you are purchasing is the right size for the wearer.
Yes, depending on the number of items needed. For 1 item, a $50 fee applies. For 5 or more items, a $75 fee applies. And for 10 items a $100 fee applies.
The digitizing fee only applies to custom embroidery requests that are created from scratch and NOT chosen from our premade options. The fee is for digitizing the file to be read by the embroidery machine and testing the embroidery to make sure it comes out clean and as expected.
